Registration: is open! $775 IMPI Members/$875 Non-Members. $495 Student Members/$595 Student Non-Members. Registration includes: in-person attendance at all sessions, Welcome Reception, two continental breakfasts and luncheons, three coffee breaks, access to the Exhibit Hall, copy of conference Proceedings and unprecedented networking opportunities over the 2 1/2 days!
Two Short Courses Available: IMPI 57 will offer attendees two optional short courses to choose from on Tuesday, June 27th. Dielectric Material Properties Measurement will take place in the morning and Solid State RF Applications: Case Studies and Demonstration will take place in the afternoon. Course descriptions, instructors, times, and pricing information can be found on each flyer.

Tuesday, June 27th: Short Courses will be offered between 8am-4pm on June 27th. Exhibits will open at 4pm. Welcome Reception will be held 5:30pm-7pm.
Wednesday, June 28th: Plenary, Concurrent, Exhibitor/Poster Sessions will take place 8am-5pm with optional Group Dinner this evening.
Thursday, June 29th: Plenary, Concurrent, Exhibitor/Poster Sessions will take place 8am-4pm. The conference will conclude by 4pm.
Authors: The Call for Papers is now closed. Acceptance Notices were sent out on February 24th. Authors should refer to their acceptance email for specific revisions and use the IMPI-57-Word-Template for their final submissions for the Proceedings. Micro-absracts were due on March 24th. Session Chairs will be reaching out to their authors by the end of April.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Substitutions will be granted at any time. Refunds requested in writing to info@impi.org by March 27, 2023 will be granted, less a $50USD processing fee. Cancellations between March 28, 2023 – May 27, 2023 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be issued the month leading up to the event.
