Klaus is an experienced Founder with a demonstrated history of working in the semiconductors industry. He combines strong business development- and professional skills in Management, Research and Development (R&D) of Electronics and RF Energy technologies and industries.

Mr. Sanghun received his B.S. and M.S degrees in electrical engineering from Kwangwoon University (ROK) in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas, in 2012. From 2012 to 2015, he was a Senior Engineer with Samsung Electronics (ROK) where he designed HIS products for high-speed I/O systems. In 2015, he founded WAVEPIA Inc., which focuses on developing low power RF SOC, RF GaN PLL solutions. He currently holds the position of Chief-Executive-Officer with WAVEPIA Inc. His research interests include transceiver systems and circuit design at digital, RF GaN TR, High Power GaN PLL for millimeter-wave frequencies.

Mr. John Mastela has over 33 years of RF and Microwave experience in design engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing. His broad technical background ranges from design and application engineering to program management, manufacturing, QA and test. After leaving the US Navy, John worked in RF engineering and management roles at Motorola, Frequency Products Inc, Benchmark, Richardson Electronics and EliteRF. John currently works as a Mw Consultant

Mr. Jones serves as the Director of Sales at Crescend Technologies. He's been active in the Solid State RF Energy Section of IMPI for over a year and became the Secretary of the Section in the Fall of 2023. Welcome Adam!
