Solid state ovens will deliver the holy grail of Consumer Packaged Goods (“CPG”) Push Button Get Food preparation:
- Solid state RF technology for cooking in microwave ovens; and
- Tagging language: an open source, universal, and scalable “computer” language to describe consumer packaged goods.
Both technologies are critical ingredients required to prepare CPG food safely, repeatedly and with high quality and appeal. Dr. Werner and Mr. Mastela will describe how semiconductor-based microwave generators enable control and excellent repeatability of the cooking process.
Mr. Drucker will explain, how a formal language with clear “words” will be able to describe CPG’s (or else) in order to the “tell” the microwave cooking appliance what was put inside to prepare. A capable oven will then be able to process the information provided and turn the CPG into a delicious meal.
The presenters will discuss the potentiality and limits of the approach. There will be ample time for questions and discussions with the audience.
