New this year, we are moving to an electronic submission form to collect the author contact information and simplify the abstract submission process. A Google Account is required to complete the submission form; these accounts are available free of charge here. Extended abstracts (in Word format) are also accepted and the revised template (up to 4 pages) is available here.
